Gestus Theatre participated with the performance “Thumbelina” in the 10th edition of the Puppets Occupy Street Festival in Craiova, Romania. The festival is held annually outdoors, between August 25th and 1September 1st. Puppets Occupy Street Festival includes theatrical performances, street animation, creative workshops, and video projections, concerts, exhibitions, and spectacular parades with giant, handmade puppets. From internationally or nationally established artists to debutants or amateurs, they gather to create a unique event and a celebration for the city.
